Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how VPNCab handles information when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. It applies to the marketing website and user panel. Account and order information is distinct from network activity, and the sections below explain how each is used, retained, and handled.

Account Details and How They Are Used

VPNCab can be set up with a username and password, without an email address. An email address is optional and is not required to use the service. Account identifiers and password-verification credentials are used for sign-in verification, subscription management, and account administration.

Plan type, activation status, data usage, and order records are used to provide subscriptions, display balances, and handle support requests. If you submit a support ticket, its description and any attachments you choose to provide help investigate the issue. Do not include passwords, sign-in credentials, or complete subscription links in attachments.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNCab follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, their browsing or request content, or their DNS query history, and does not create network activity records linked to accounts.

When an international route connects, connection status processed temporarily to forward data is held only in working memory and released when the connection ends; it is not retained as a traceable connection log. Account status and cumulative usage needed for subscription authentication and billing are handled separately. Usage records do not include destinations or page content.

Information users voluntarily submit about a fault is part of a support ticket, not an access record automatically collected by the route. Before sending information, redact details unrelated to the issue. The service uses it only as needed to handle the ticket.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage to improve content and workflows. They are not used to reconstruct browsing activity on international routes. Page visit data and subscription usage records are handled separately. Analytics events should not contain passwords, authentication tokens, or subscription credentials.

Cookies and local storage support necessary session status, sign-in credentials, and interface preferences. Authentication tokens stored by the browser may be used to maintain a signed-in session. Signing out or clearing site storage requires you to verify your identity again.

You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. Clearing site data does not delete your server-side account and may reset preferences or affect panel features. After using a shared device, sign out and clear the local sign-in state.

Orders, Payments, and Information Sharing

VPNCab supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider, whose own privacy policy governs its information practices. VPNCab retains the order identifier, amount, payment status, and transaction evidence needed to reconcile payments. Payment account passwords are not required.

The service does not sell account details. Related information is processed or shared only as necessary to provide the service, process transactions, or meet applicable legal obligations. Requests for information made under applicable law are reviewed for their legal basis and scope. The service cannot provide browsing history that this policy says it does not record.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained while the account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained for the periods necessary for settlement, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are deleted or de-identified once their purposes are fulfilled, rather than retained indefinitely.

To access or correct your information, or request account deletion, sign in to the user panel and explain your request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Do not send your password as verification material.

Deletion may affect access to remaining subscriptions and historical orders, so confirm the scope of your request first. Information that must be retained by law or is involved in a transaction dispute will have its use restricted and be handled after the reason for retention ends. Residual information in backups is cleared as backups rotate and is not restored for routine business use.

Policy Updates and Related Terms

Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes, information categories, or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as required.

For subscription delivery and refund rules, see the Terms of Service. If you have questions about this policy or how information is handled, submit a support ticket through the user panel. VPNCab will explain the scope and outcome of its handling based on your specific request.
